Welcome to AIMS - An Identity of Myself

AIMS is a registered organization, engaged in grass root community empowerment envisage through sustainable promotional activities. The Organization is a team of professionals from the field of Psychology, Social Work, Management, Teaching, Agriculture, Architecture, and Engineering. It is a people’s movement, which adopts participative approach of functioning, thus playing the role of facilitator than a leader.

AIMS vision is to develop a prosperous and self-sustaining rural community in partnership with relevant stakeholders for the future sustainability of both the rural and urban community.

AIMS mission focuses on the women and the youth. The women empowerment initiative is the immense faith that the women have a greater sense of commitment and if given the deserving opportunity, and access to social and economic resources, they can empower both the family and the community.

An economically empowered woman is the first milestone towards an empowered family and the community at large and the empowered youth is the mark of a healthy community.” - AIMS
